How will global population decline affect real estate?
Hi BPrs. I ready the article below and couldn't help but to think real estate! Right now we have a sever housing shortage, but maybe population decline will help that (by the end of the century). The article also doesn't address longer life-expectancies and states that it might lead to a more equal society
So...for generations to come... How will populations decline affect real estate? What do you smart people think? 🤓 Anything to plan around that jumps to mind?
Here's the article:

yes, its declining in all educated areas. but housing costs will continue to go up. in our Multifamily rentals, we will be upgrading everyone's living standards to assure we have upper-income earners as tenants, will be adding separate Electic Vehicles charging and 1st $100 of electricity for free included in the rent with Solar panels offsetting the cost producing the electric we sell to tenants. also adding Smart building ready FOG network for security and looking at new Smart Toilets the five-star hotels have been installing. We don't flip here in California as out prop 13 penalizes people trading often we pay $15,000 less in property taxes as an identical building sold next door 5 months ago. all improvements are an expense at this point but appreciation has over $1,000 per day on just one property. Upgrades will keep our Application growing even while other buildings degrade into tear-downs.
