New brokerage has been up and running for 4 months, have 3 agents with me so far and am actively but selectively recruiting more - it's more important that they're a good fit than just increasing numbers. 

That's where recruiting is the easiest.  

It's very hard for brokerages to recruit producing agents.

I imagine it depends on what level of talent you want to recruit.

He's the number one recruiter of agents in the country, works right here in the DMV and is very active with investors. 

Nouveau Riche program offers a high cost education, but primarily is looking to use new recruits as additional sales people.Little value is placed on the eduction once you have it, but the education is certainly pushed regularly for anyone that will listen.
