The Wall of Shame - Post About Your Bad Guru Experiences Here

I saw a "Wall of Shame" referenced in another thread and thought it was a great idea that has never been followed through on. The purpose of the Wall of Shame is to out RE gurus that people have had poor experiences with. The company representatives are certainly welcome to come to the wall and debate why they should or should not be on the wall to protect their name.

The first poster for each program can comment on their experience with a given company and everyone that has had a BAD experience with that company can vote that poster up. This will give people an incentive to list all of the potential programs and the ones with the fewest votes will be deemed the most reputable in the opinion of BP members.

We can then count the votes and update this post with the count periodically to come up with a list of top candidates. For instance, Big Money Real Estate Solutions was referenced this evening with other BP posts referencing poor experiences. The next poster can simply post the name of the company in a single post and everyone that has had a poor experience with the company can vote for that post. If there is additional commentary to share it can be done in a separate post so that people don't have to sift through all of the comments to follow who does and does not get voted for. I hope that makes sense!

So who is going to lead off? Which company will be the first to be voted on from those that have had bad experiences with it?
