if that advice was given on a BP pod cast then that is appalling advice.. how would you like to be the seller in that situation.. that's just straight up slimy business tactics.. no place for that in our business.. 

Which I could do for maybe a year but according to the pod casts if the numbers don't work then RUN away....

One even had HGTV lined up to cast the tiny house on the show and still could not sell.

With this type of property you could have galvanized and cast iron plumbing, aluminum wiring and old HVAC.

I just did this in a 3-unit property that had an old gas boiler and cast iron radiators.

If you were to install check valve on your sewage line (to prevent back up from the street) would you go with plastic one or more expensive cast iron one ?

I tried to get Ingrid Robinson to do a blog or pod cast with me on the subject.. 

I hear people say they spent 15k on a bunch of crap they could get off of yahoo or a pod cast.

I go back to the late 90s and think about the “cast of characters” ie companies that dominated the valley then, all or most have vanished but the valley has grown 10x more relevant and powerful as newer and more innovative companies have come in.

Start that process order and cast a wide enough net that you have several people who are interested.
