See above..  First red flag  wide variety of loan products .. no private lender does that..  interest rate below bank rates no way you get that low of rate unless its a Freddie Fanny type loan.. 

Other red flag   Loan will be advance through a Bank   I mean how else would money transfer ?

you see one of these types of e mails its a phony  you will get taken and some get taken for big bucks..
