check valve - sewage line
If you were to install check valve on your sewage line (to prevent back up from the street) would you go with plastic one or more expensive cast iron one ? I heard cast iron will rust anyways and you will have problems with it down the road. My area tends to flood a lot and street lines are full of water - hence the check valve
