If not, then all electrical components need to be compatible with the 3 phase voltage and those components are typically more expensive which could deter someone that didn't need the three phase.Three phase is generally used by people running machines and equipment such as manufacturing something.

I don't think I signed a dual agent form, so I could still bring a listing agent in to see it through to closing and he would lose half of it if that happened.

If you don't feel comfortable with the agent dual representing both parties, you should be able to seek your own representation.  

And the person should be a dual agent for all of the exchanges unless it's impossible.

It's really just the general idea of dual agency that concerns me, particularly as a newer out of state investor. 

It can also be to prepare for dual agency which they may not have ok’d yet.They can’t represent you without the sellers written ‘ok.’

I know I see a lot of home buyers and remodelers on tv go on and on about second vanities but I have no idea what percent of my houses have dual vanities, it’s never mattered.

Hi @Luca Giani from my understanding a quit claim deed is often used to transfer dual ownership to soul ownership since there is no protection for the buyer.

Those with existing coverage for other assets may even find dual discounts.
