Question about 1031 Exchanges

Let's say your an agent who does 1031 exchanges for multiple different property investors, each one selling and buying at about 1 million each with you (the agent) getting a 5-7% commissions. How many exchanges would you have to go through to get your commissions add up to 1 million?
