There is no way the color of the new shingles will match the color of the old simply because the existing ones are discolored due to the sun and weather.

@Steve Romano go to trulia.com - put in address and scroll down the addresses page - a crime report will color the mapped area surrounding the address in green (good), yellow (decent) or red (bad).

@Mindy JensenYou said "Don't deviate from this ever" I think you may change the criteria, if the criteria is not working and you can't find the tenant but I agree do not change person to person because of color etc.
