Confused whether to do a roof repair or roof replacement

Hello All

Thanks for your inputs...

I'm renovating a 1800 sq ft house with all new bathrooms  and kitchen. I'm stuck with the roof which has got few tree damages, roof repair costing me 1500 whereas roof replacement costing me 4000.

What to decide?
