@Daniel Nobile Awesome hello Daniel, I am new to real estate investing and am searching for my first investment property, preferably a house hack in Pierce county.

Now we have people in government that have accomplished anything except to win an election and then they tell the rest of us how to run our businesses.In the past, our government officials' greatest accomplishment is that they had come out of the right pink orifice of the landed gentry or nobility, and we implicitly believed God had given them power to rule over us.

They fully support what I want to do with my life and have granted me the opportunity to allow me to stay at home with no bills of any sort, gave me a very well paying job, and have funded my schooling, until I am ready to go off on my own.One question that I have always had that I have never been able to get a real answer on is...am I attending college for no reason?

We are remodeling  the kitchen/ bathroom/roof of  a property purchased ourselves, but are not sure how to write it up as a capital improvement since there are no bills from the contractor .

Only reason I ask is that it would be much more inconvenient for me to be there all the time as opposed to where I am now (where I live for a cash month to month, no bills in my name).

@Daniel Nobile…since they may use the home themselves from time to time, they want something more with lakes, hiking trails, and water sports to include fishing/crabbing.

I'm 20 years old have a job with decent income for my age and living at home so I have virtually no bills.
