STR Market in Washington State

Hello! I'm looking for investors/realtors in the Washington State market specializing in STRs. My in-laws live in Washington State and would like to 1031 exchange their LTR into another investment opportunity in Washington. I've been talking to them about getting a property for STR purposes and my wife and I will manage it for them. We're from California and already have experience managing our STR property out of state.

@Shyd Coloma

Do a LOT of research into the local city and county regulations on STR's. There is currently a HUGE amount of push back almost everwhere in the state on STRs. Some places have strict laws in place and others are in the process of putting them in. So dont just look at what laws are in place but what are being debated. You could easily get screwed out of an investment and out a LOT of money.
