First Househack!!! Solid cashflow and no bills to pay.
Investment Info:
Single-family residence other investment.
Purchase price: $405,000
Cash invested: $1,500
Rocking the first house hack. 4 bed 3 bath in Lakewood Washington. I've rented out the 4 bedrooms and ran water, waste and power to the rear of my property where I stay in my travel trailer.
How did you finance this deal?
FHA loan with washington state DPA. My realtor got closing costs rolled into the loan so almost no hard money.

Source your tenants appropriately. Bad tenants are bad business.
