Besides a “ hot” 3 month rental period you need a warm additional 6 months to make  above average returns.

We’ve focused on single family homes because of my husbands comfort level but seeing the success he’s beginning to warm up to the idea of multi families too.

I actually like the cold but don't like the snow at all unless it's there for a purpose.....like snowboarding.Anyways, where would be a warm place that you would like to invest?
