Seeking STR in Beach Town Where should we buy?

Hey friends! We're looking to purchase a STR property somewhere near a beach. We'd like to use the property ourselves 2-3 weeks a year for family vacations, but otherwise looking for a strong STR market. We live in San Diego, so we're open to anywhere that has warm water and sand.
Are there any sleeper markets out there where a property could be had for $200k or less?
I'm excited to hear what you all think!
Thanks in advance. And if you have any STR management contacts I would love to use them!
Cheers.
