Aloha all,

    My name is Gerald and I hail from Kapolei, Hawaii.  I just completed a cash out refi on my primary home and now have some money to invest.  I've been a long time lurker but now with some wind in my sails, I've finally decided to start doing more than just sitting on the sideline.  Still looking around for areas to invest and at the moment I'm looking at Texas; mores specifically the San Antonio market.  Hoping to meet and connect with folks here and learn from everyone.  Mahalo!

Hi Bryan,

 I’m still learning so I don’t really have a set strategy yet, though My wife and I are leaning towards buy and hold single family homes.  Mostly since that’s what’s easiest to understand, but definitely open to hearing about how other strategies in SA pan out.  Will reach out to you soon!
