For curiosity, if not investing in Las Vegas, which market is better than Las Vegas?

So, if someone lists a house in Alabama for las little as $40,000, to them, it sound like a great deal.

In order to do that I would have to live in the properties which means they have to be in my area, Las Cruces, NM.

Hey there bigger pockets forum users..My name is Will Henderson, as the title suggests I am new to the las Vegas area and just started business here is a lease option and wholesale specialist.

I'm currently in San Luis Obispo county, originally from Las Vegas, NV.

Also, as a long distance investor i've been researching several markets with no success so far (Las Vegas Metropolitan is a bit too pricy for me, and several attempts to analyse the Seattle metro also came up short).

Here in Las Vegas, I have had much more success with open kitchens. 

just beating all the Columbus brokers to the punch :)   personally I like Las Vegas for west coast investors..  1. some of the lowest property tax rates in the country  2. desert scape  super easy for tenants to keep up with .3. newer stock  not 50 to 100 year old stuff that is cap ex heavy.
