Las Vegas Wholesalers Offer pad front door ?? competition
I see offer pad and front door all over Vegas.. and they are buying houses..
and they use the exact same trigger words as wholesalers use on their direct mail
or when a wholesaler has one of the VAs call me looking to buy one of my properties.
has this created competition for you.. or are they just going for deals that are so thin U would not do them anyway?
I know we had one off market and they went with offer pad without us even getting to look at it.

@Jay Hinrichs Offerpad, Open Door and Zillow are now buying in Las Vegas and Arizona! But no they are not competition. They will make blind offers, then come out to look at the properties then completely low ball the seller. So if anyone is getting beat out by them, they need to adjust their model.
