I'm definitely going to send a mass email out big box stores, franchises and other smaller businesses regarding hiring and make a print out for tenants of business that are hiring.

A few years ago, I was thinking it might survive well beyond my lifetime, but with the printing of money the past 15 years, I believe I might see its destruction.  

This is a 2 story structure with a total of 4,323 sf but only 1,983 sf foot print.

@Ashley Budyak - Direct mail is all about repetition so you better be ready to spend some money or have a ton of time so you can print the letters and lick the stamps.If you are serious about doing some wholesaling let me know and we can connect on your plan and strategy.  

A person can find some prints to use for at best 8-12 unit complex but up to 50 units, an architect is essential and one who knows multi-unit housing and not some quazi-art piece of a building.

We're using REI Print Mail for the DM campaigns, and we've been utilizing the lists they can pull.

So-o-o, we should always remember that the "government" can always print money but they sure can't do what you do each and every day.Hang on...

Nationwide rates hit a lows - so there has really never been a better time "spread" wise.Moreover, the FED has printed so much money (~25% of all dollars in existence were created during COVID).

Marketing units for maximum exposure Photography/floor plan costs Flyers and other printed marketing materials Paying for features on online platformsEtc. 

And no foresight was needed to get ~80% return with zero effort in less than 2 years - the stock market had a massive drop, pandemic is obviously temporary, and the govt was debating about how many trillions they should print.
