Houston Home Builder Needed
I've got a 5,500 sf vacant lot and unapproved (not submitted yet) architectural plans for a tri-plex I'm looking to build. The builder I had lined up came down with COVID and doesn't think he'll be close to 100% any time soon. That said, he had quoted me a build price between $85-$90/sf using the footprint area (~$270,000, call it $300k with contingencies). This is a 2 story structure with a total of 4,323 sf but only 1,983 sf foot print. If there are any builders in the Houston area that want to take a look at the plans and let me know if they can do this and when they could start the permitting process, please reply or send me a message. Thanks in advance for your help.

@Adam D Rinehart $85-$90/sqft is good price but now with COVID cost has gone up so much on lumber and many other materials. It's going to be tough to do that price anymore. May be after all things settle down. As you know we build SFH and Townhomes in Acres homes and our prices have gone up so much. But we still plan to keep our target price point same to attract right buyers so hit on the margin ;-(
