Appreciate the collaboration...I do practice all of this just wanted to see if there were others practicing things I don't.

I am quite open to working and collaborating with experienced real estate tycoons.

I ask tenant to leave the house (they offered to leave if I absolutely wanted to)... it would become a normal flip, would make decent money but would run some risks that tenant does not collaborate (+ risks connected to rehabs and to market) and I would feel bad that this old couple lives this house at this point in their life... 3.

I am even interested in some collaboration, if available!

Hi Everyone,I am looking to become a new investor in Sarasota/Bradenton and am looking for a partner to collaborate with on a future flip.

Maybe our business model is different than most, but I dont want to be transnational with my suppliers, I really want to focus on being collaborative.  

In my experience people want to help the young but something the young get in their own way so my only advice as someone who also started young is to take your professional skills (HR, Time management, Management, Collaboration, etc.) just as seriously as real estate.
