New Investor looking for flipping partner

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to become a new investor in Sarasota/Bradenton and am looking for a partner to collaborate with on a future flip. I am new to Real Estate but have some cash available to fund a rehab. Looking to learn and looking to work hard! Do you have a property that needs rehab capital? Lets talk!

My wife is also a Licensed Structural Engineer who can help out with anything in the structural dept.
