Hi All -

I am a new member in the D.C. Area interested in doing flips in this area as well as NC. Getting started is always the hardest. I am interested in learning from everyone. I have 20k cash and ready to get started. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am even interested in some collaboration, if available!
