My county (Taney) doesn't have a town over 10k, is there data for towns that small?  

It could be due to foreclosure, a death in the family, or they need to move out of state/town right away.

A lot of times they’ll see we’re in a University town and will ask.

I would look at one of the older sections of town, Paxon (32254), Lakewood (32207/32217) or Lake Shore (32210).

We are a huge sports town and host tons of sporting events - Indy 500, all our professional teams, NCAA, Big Ten tournaments, etc.
