Hi everyone! New to bigger pockets but very familiar with it and it pace group. I am looking to connect and pair up with investors who are interested in rebuilding a Oil booming town in west texas. However, I am wanting to take the abandoned houses and revamp the town. There is a dire need of housing for company men but most importantly families.
