You should still buy an owner occupant in your local market always though to use the low money down loans and interest write offs.My local market right now is Seattle haha   I heard Seattle is pretty landlord friendly

Usually when someone shows up new to the forums with an inkling to do Section 8, they don't really understand the complications that can come from investing in them and have seen a YouTube or TikTok that makes it sound like a no-brainer to get paid by the government to be a landlord.

Landlord-tenant/eviction issues, lawsuits to set aside the tax sale, code compliance, etc.

I suspect they won't be able to make it and being a new landlord, don't have any experience with this aspect of property management.

Especially starting out you’d get good experience as a landlord and have a portfolio. 

Are landlords paying water included in the rent in other buildings for the area?

I am a new landlord.

But I feel when booking all sorts of things that unanswered bad reviews feel like confessions from the seller/owner/etc. that the review is correct.Some landlords and sellers hire companies to threaten to sue people who leave bad reviews if they can't back up their assertions.
