Secure online application portal?
Hi all,
Is there a free online application portal landlords can use for free? I only have one unit that I hope I will continue to retain a tenant long term. Current tenants are moving out after over 4 years! The last time I went through tenant applications it was a paper/pencil situation. It seems by now people would expect, and I'd like an online format. But with people entering highly sensitive information, it can't just go anywhere. What do people use?
Additionally, do people have recommendation on efficient ways to screen a tenant upon application?
I'm doing this for the first time on my own after a divorce, so I'm aiming for efficiency, affordability, while also being able to find tenants I feel good about being such close neighbors with.
thanks in advance!

You can use property management software that does everything online. We use Innago which allows my tenants to sign leases, send rent, and fill out applications for free.
