I have recently switched my insurance from home owners to landlord policy.

I want to learn from experienced landlords here, how much deductible should we choose?

I’m looking for advice from experienced landlords or lawyers who might have ideas on how landlords like me can deal with such situations.

Maybe the landlord isn't responding because they don't see the applicant as meeting their criteria. 

Not only do some landlords allow their personal and political ideology to be in the mix, but many do not understand how to manage this population.

I'm scratching my head because I feel like the program, least locally here in San Antonio, TX, tells all the landlords to put our listings there, but the tenants don't look there.

How is the landlord petty?
