Their representative was gruff and unapologetic on the phone which certainly doesn’t fit their own description of themselves as providing “a high quality fine hotel experience”.

Decision fatigue will become your middle name.If you have developed a financial model and derived a property description, any property you look at either meets or doesnt meet your model.

This is based off of the owners description and a few pictures of the inside which shows some beat up kitchen cabinets and some rough looking floors.
