I met with a seller today & we were able to come to an agreement
Without a contract should I show the property to others? The house is real old, built in 1891 and needs a TON of work. The seller just wants it off his hands because he doesn't have time for it. How do I go about getting a buyer without a contract? Should I just wait

There is no agreement without a contract. The seller may have the same agreement with other people. Never go to an in-person appointment without a contract prepared, leaving out just the selling price. You can not do anything at all without a contract.
