What Cancellation -- Strict or no?

I use a Strict policy and always have. However, with this CV19, folks that have inquired are now holding off on booking, and the new inquiries have pretty much dried up. Is anyone considering relaxing their cancellation policies to encourage bookings?

It would be awesome if you could choose the window that you want to apply the policy to. I'd ideally apply a Moderate policy two months out and then a Strict policy thereafter.

What are you guys doing?
