Hello Everyone,

This is my first time posting. I wanted to feel out this whole BiggerPockets group so I’ve been stalking all of you silently lol. With that being said, I figured there’s no time better than now to ask for some help/guidance. I’ve been plagued by Paralysis by Analysis and when I finally do pull the trigger on a rental property I strike out hard. I’m starting from behind now and need some help pulling myself out of the mud.

I’m looking to buy and hold properties bc like most of you I have Millionaire dreams. Unfortunately my nightmares are taking over my motivation. Ik this isn’t a get rich quick life so I’m here for the long haul but a motivational pick me up is due.

My interest is the Milwaukee area bc of the untapped potential I seen. Please feel free to yell, scream, or politely explain some of the ways you’ve been able to find success around these parts or others.

Best,

Wes

@Kendal West I invest in the Milwaukee area. I would suggest purchasing a "rental ready" property that needs minimal work. Also look into the City owned properties, but you will have to complete the Landlord Training class before placing a bid on those. There are good deals out in Milwaukee, be patient.
