Education beyond a bachelor's degree is supremely over-rated!

Am a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in  Mass Communication at the University of Zambia.

They are the worst demographic I have ever rented to before especially young bachelors.

Now I am trying to move to the next step and take equity out of my property to go toward purchasing more properties, but my only problem is find banks willing to take a chance on a young entrepreneur like myself; being that I just graduated college and am in debt from student loans (I can write a book about the OVERRATED-NESS of a Bachelors Degree). 

I will disclose that I have a Bachelor's in Business Economics, which likely makes me less qualified to have an opinion on this. 

After earning my Bachelors degree in Business Leadership/Organizational management I decide to pursue my own goals working towards launching my own Company Freedom Home Investment, LLC.

I am a new grad with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and I have been thinking seriously about pursuing more education or finding another route and here I am!

I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK and have worked in Commercial Real Estate since then.

I'm a teacher at a local community college and I also attend college to obtain my second bachelors.
