Hi everyone! I am intrigued by the ideas and concepts of real estate. I am a new grad with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and I have been thinking seriously about pursuing more education or finding another route and here I am! My interest in passive income and goal of working hard now for the payoffs later told me to walk this road. The idea of working for the money vs. having the money work for you is something I had to seriously consider.

My interest in Real Estate is currently Buy and Hold Properties. I am currently living in an apartment with my girlfriend where our lease ends in about 4 months. We are in the process of finding a 2-4 Unit Multifamily home to live in one unit and rent out the other(s) by financing through a FHA 203k loan. Our goal is to practically "live for free," save money for 1-2 years then invest other properties from there. We are humble beginner's in Real Estate and have been appreciative of the Bigger Pockets Podcast! Our focus now is to get educated and get started on our first property. Cannot wait to get started by learning and meeting a lot through this community!
