Hi Everyone!

My name is Mathieu (pronounced just like Matthew). I'm a teacher at a local community college and I also attend college to obtain my second bachelors. In addition to all of this, I run my own financial consulting practice. The main reason I want to get more into real estate is to diversify my own money and show current and future clients what is possible through diversifying their money. I've been working to get my first deal for some years now. I've tried almost every niche you can think of because I just followed what was popular at the time and not really learning just one niche. Now, I'm eager to learn and find a niche that I really enjoy. Looking forward to learning as much as possible from everyone.
