Recent College Graduate trying to Establish my own way to succeed

Hello all,

I am a real estate investor from Augusta, Georgia; and I just recently was granted the opportunity to purchase my first real estate property while in college. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bath, 1100sf house with a MV of around $90,000; I purchased it through a deal with the owner for $4000, and began renting it out to the owner immediately following the sell. Now I am trying to move to the next step and take equity out of my property to go toward purchasing more properties, but my only problem is find banks willing to take a chance on a young entrepreneur like myself; being that I just graduated college and am in debt from student loans (I can write a book about the OVERRATED-NESS of a Bachelors Degree).

So my question to everyone is: Can anyone give me some advice and guidance on some choices that I could take, or alternate routes I could possibly choose to kick my real estate business into high gear, and ramp up my property acquisition and development?

*Sidenote: Ever since I've been in college, I've always been an entrepreneur, so being a real estate developer is something I want to make a career out of, and build a legacy doing.

Thanks to all for your help.
