With increasing client demands and a vision to expand, it’s the perfect time to bring new agents onto the team.

House hacking sounds intriguing, but for now, I'm staying rent-free and saving every penny for that perfect property that'll set me on my way.

Don't wait for the perfect deal to come up, the most important thing is to get started.

While an appreciation play makes perfect sense to some (ie. if you see the price of your newly purchased house increase by 3.3% a year, in 3 years you will have gained 10% equity - which would be $20,000 on a $200,000 house), you have to be in a position to sustain that purchase.

I first look to hold long term but if the numbers are not perfect I will flip it for a quick return and reinvest that money into something that can generate a better ROI.Buy good deals, diversify, and consistantly increase ROI.
