Things always get messy when you are a wholesaler and your wholesaling another wholesalers property.

I am putting together my business plan for my wholesaling business and I am wondering how much money should I allocate per month towards marketing?

Share your stories of all the houses that you have flipped or wholesaled.

If want to bring them value, how about finding them a deal and wholesaling it to them or collecting a finders fee of some sort. 

Our conversation caused me to dive in and want to learn all about it and we both started by watching all of the Ron LeGrand videos and reading anything real estate related we could and decided to start with wholesaling. 

I just want to make sure I don't cross any lines and maybe some of you have wholesaled deals as RE agents.
