Wholesaling a deal as an agent

Hi everyone,

I currently have a deal under contract. I originally was thinking about flip it myself but decided to wholesale it instead. I just want to make sure I don't cross any lines and maybe some of you have wholesaled deals as RE agents. I fully disclose my intentions to the seller and he is ok with that.

I got it under contract before listing it on the MLS. Is there a specific procedure I should have followed? Should I discuss this with my managing broker before closing the transaction?
