It's not a deterrent but definitely something every investor should know who is planning on investing there.   

Often times people can’t visualize where to put their couch.

Once the repairs and cleaning is done I get visual confirmation from the contractors. 

However, what I have learned is that only visual tours are available during the stay at home order period (which won't end until the end of April in my state).

I can do without the graphic visual.

Like Mr Winter mentioned, an inspector will do visual inspection and most of the time we can notice other defects with out opening the walls.

I like the visual Darren Hardy laid out in “The Compound Effect” of a glass of dirty water(your mind with no control over what goes into it, receiving lots of negative news and social media) becoming a glass of clean water if you run a steady flow of clean water(good books, podcasts, classes) into it.

@Vincent Franzese I use Excel, but I've also had some good luck testing out Stessa, I really like some of their data visualizations.
