Keeping Good Finances

Hi All,

I'm new to BP, but very excited to have this as a resource moving forward!

I am looking for the best option for financial accounting for my rental properties, but not willing to pay for a service like quickbooks, etc. at this time.

Does anyone know of a free service that has worked well for them in the past?  Or even an excel rubric that they've had success with?

Appreciate all suggestions!

-Vincent

If you have multiple properties, surely use a software where you can view reports along with cost segregation and loans by property. Make life easy to compare from last year, monthly, cash flow, and ROI's.

QuickBooks Desktop cost appx 185 and upgrade it every three years.

Check out Stessa as Bill mentioned.
