Home Staging Advice

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are completing a flip in Columbus, NE. We don’t live in our flips so we’re wanting to stage it before listing, especially since it’s a really big house. I’m having trouble finding a staging company since the town it is in is smaller. Any advice on what are the key rooms in the house to stage or key furniture pieces to have (curtains, etc)?Any tips on how to do it yourself? What recommendations do you have for where to find good cheap furniture to use for staging?

Thanks!
