I'm more familiar with the Riverside Terrace/3rd Ward area bordering 77021 to the north.

The redevelopment there will likely start spreading across the Stapleton borders into Aurora, but those areas are still rough and might not be great for a young family.  

Remember that your tenant still has other bills like car payments, cell phone, etc. to pay.Most of my problem tenant have been right on the border of the 3X income requirements. 

Just know that in Chicago things can be radically different within the same neighborhood and neighborhoods don't have official borders so out of towners are fooled by listings that say they are in "logan Square" or something when they really are outside.You have to know the actual block a property is on.

This development is on the border of Madeira, and Sycamore Township (Kenwood) so it may be able to attract clientele who frequent or would want to live/operate in those areas in time, however the current residential make up in Silverton is significantly different.

These condo's border on the 90 - 110 range. 

The property is bordering a commercial B2 zone (Regional Business) and is zoned R2 (medium density single family).

The best way is to spend the couple hundred bucks and talk to a cross border accountant to be sure and have a solution tailored to you specifically.What market are you focusing on?
