Hello!

My name is Matt Hall and I am a new member that will be investing in the Cincinnati Ohio area. I am excited to be a part of the BP community! My goal is to purchase a multifamily early next year.

During my research I learned about a $30 million mixed-use development in Silverton Ohio.

It would include 204 luxury apartments and townhomes along with a 60,000-square-foot commercial complex. Silverton has a few multifamily that (in my opinion) could soon takeoff thanks to this development. Was wondering if anyone else had or is looking into this area?
