Highlights for duplex - asking $245k - 4bed 2.5 bath each unit - built 2006 - current rent roll is $3100 per month (avg rent in area is $1200-$1300 per unit) - current tenants are month to month - taxes is $4500 a year for non homestead - insurance is $1900 - tenants pay all utilities and maintenance - no other maintenance Price is negotiable.
