On the other hand less sophisticated investors (who typically haven't done a detailed analysis and don't have a targeted return they're aiming for) may be afraid of missing out, and acting out of greed just plunge ahead.If the market keeps going after the new tax is imposed it could mean that fundamentals don't matter which would be a sure sign of a bubble.
