Hello. My name is Danny Guzman. I am new and really excited to be a Real Estate Investor. I've been wanting to do this for the last 3 years but really didn't commit to it. I have just been doing my homework and trying to learn the business. I've decided to go for it. I currently own and operate a Property Preservation company. I provide services such as lock changes, winterizations, yard care, and eviction services. As I go through all these vacant homes, I often think about flipping the home.
