Hello,

My name is Chris Kreider, I am new to real estate. I have never purchased a property before for any reason. I was always to afraid for one reason or another and found reason after reason why not to get involved for 10 years now. I am looking to break that streak this year with some rentals and take a shot at flipping. I have been reading a lot of the articles on here, which I find very informative and helpful. I am also looking for groups and meetings in my area to network with investors.

I worked in Sales for several years when I graduted college, then I have tried my hand at several different businesses over the past 6 years, some successful, others were failures, but I learned some valuable lessons and made some great contacts. I currently own a small financing company, basically doing factoring for doctors and lawyers offices and personal injury advances for their clients. I had a good run with that the last couple years but legislation is making it much more difficult to continue making a nice, steady income at the level I am used to. So I am branching out into another new business as well as looking to spend a lot of time in the real estate realm. I am very excited to take the plunge. I worry about getting in the analysis-paralysis state that has happened in the past. I am actively looking for properties working with some banking contacts and wholesalers I know.

I look forward to continuing to garner knowledge from this site and you all and I hope I am able to be able to give back once I get the experience.
