Realistic Bird Dogging

Hello, I am currently a registered nurse and have been anxious for years to enter the real estate world. I have finally decided to take the plunge and start. I have read that the best place to start is with bird dogging. Realistically, how easy is this for someone with no experience? My goal for the first year to make enough money for a nice vacation. While I would like to eventually have rentals and flip full time I thought this is a good starting goal. Does this seem realistic? Anyone one out there with advice for a newbie? Thanks so much!

Hi Emily,

The question is will you have the time to put in to do such a venture versus investing yourself??

Usually birddogging is at the bottom of where people start. You might get a few hundred or more each deal locating for wholesalers etc.

If you use the keyword tool at the top right you can search for wholesalers in your area to connect with and you can also search topics for bird dogging and wholesaling topics. Wholesaling deals you can make much more than birddogging.
