As far as leaving the door unlocked, you get a text message when you open the lockbox that says you need to confirm that you locked the door and put the key back in the box, or Rently has the right to nick your cc for $150 for not returning the key.

Bryan, I’ve only used them once, briefly in fact, but I found them to be very reasonable and knowledgeable and will be using them again: Clarion Law in West Chester.Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with STR in CC, but I am surprised that you’re having issues if the property is well maintained, etc.

Or better yet, have your banker provide proof of funds directly to your seller with a CC to you.I'm not sure what you mean by "cost allocation for buildings/land".
